What we process

Hit the Road Dude processes your account name, email address, profile picture if supplied by Google, sign-in sessions, uploaded photos, generated videos, task status, credit ledger, payment references and support requests. Basic request information such as IP address, language, referral and campaign parameters may be recorded for security and service operations.

Why and how

We use this information to authenticate you, generate and deliver your video, track credits and payments, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Photos and generated files are stored privately and accessed through authenticated account checks. The public example is a site example, not a publication of your upload.

When you confirm permission and generate, your uploaded photo and our reference clip are sent to Kie.ai for Seedance processing. Provider processing and retention are governed by its policies. We cannot promise instant removal from an upstream provider after a task has been submitted. We do not sell your uploaded photos.

Service providers

Google provides optional sign-in using basic identity information only: name, email and avatar. We do not request Gmail or Drive access. Stripe processes payments; we store payment references, amounts and status, not your full card number. Cloudflare hosts the application and private media storage. Kie.ai provides the video generation service. These services may process information outside your country.

Retention and deletion

Your files and task history remain associated with your account until removed or a deletion request is processed; the service does not currently promise an automatic deletion deadline. Download videos you want to keep. Request deletion through Support. Payment, credit and security records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations even after media deletion. We will explain any applicable limits when responding.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember preferences. Optional analytics, when enabled, follow the site's consent controls. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information through Support. Only upload a photo after you have permission from the depicted person where required.
